Experience the next level of precision with Renesance Fiber Laser Cutting, purpose-built for knife steels and heavy-duty sheet metal. Our system handles full 4×10 ft (≈1220×3048 mm) sheets with micron-level accuracy and clean, oxidation-free cuts using high-purity nitrogen purging gas.


Optimized for Knife Steels

  We specialize in cutting tari and gaff knife blanks, precuts, and finished blade profiles with nitrogen assist to preserve steel composition, surface brightness, and temper integrity.

   ✅ No oxidation or blue edge

   ✅ Clean, burr-free finish ready for brazing or heat treatment

   ✅ Minimal Heat-Affected Zone (HAZ) — preserves hardness and structure
